Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of information systems and IT best practices.
- Pega Platform expertise and CSSA/CLSA preferred; strong enterprise workflow design experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and engineering of enterprise workflow solutions using Pega Platform.
- Translate complex requirements into scalable, secure architectures for critical operations.
- Oversee system integration between Pega, distributed, mainframe, cloud, and external systems using APIs and messaging.
- Provide technical leadership across lifecycle activities including architecture reviews and production readiness.
- Engineer performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency of applications.
