Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years' experience as a SWE in programs similar scope and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required; four (4) years additional SWE experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience designing and implementing complex algorithms and real-time systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Debug existing software and correct defects.
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features.
• Oversee one or more software development teams and ensure work aligns with the chosen software development process.
