AutoStore is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Atlanta to advance our warehouse automation software and protocols. You will work on core internal software and customer-facing interfaces, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient systems across robots and ports.

Join a distributed team across the US and Norway, mentor peers, and drive features from design through deployment, while maintaining high standards and rigorous testing practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing software with C++ and C#.
• Experience with GitLab, Jira, and Docker.
• Interest in building software for a physical end product.
• Python and Rust experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a key engineer in a distributed US/Norway team.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and standards.
• Ensure stability and performance through rigorous testing and benchmarking.
• Conduct code reviews and share knowledge with the team.
• Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster their growth.
