Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years' experience as a SWE in programs of similar scope.
• TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph (last polygraph within 5 years).
• US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related discipline; 4 years may substitute for a degree.
• Must translate user requirements into software design and performance specs.
• Debug existing software and correct defects.
• Design, code, modify software to add features and improve performance.
• Lead one or more software development teams as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Design or implement complex algorithms with timing and resource constraints.
• Develop software solutions by analyzing systems, data usage and workflows.
• Review and write software and system documentation.
• Coordinate software installation and monitor operation against specs.
• Provide recommendations to improve documentation and SDLC processes.
• Oversee team(s) to ensure project results meet process constraints.
