Job summary

Solerity is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to anchor a new feature in our product. You will architect and design, translating complex requirements into robust, well-documented designs, and coordinate with an Integrated Feature Team for high-quality delivery.

You will lead feature implementation, mentor peers, and ensure code standards, security, and performance through thorough MR reviews. TS/SCI clearance required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Expert in Java 17+ and Spring Boot framework.
• Strong OO design and SOLID principles.
• Experience with REST interfaces and API best practices.
• Ability to document architecture and designs clearly.
• Experience mentoring peers and leading features.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design a new feature, translating requirements into robust designs.
• Lead feature development, define done criteria, and guide from concept to deployment.
• Coordinate with Integrated Feature Team for high-quality delivery.
• Decompose designs into actionable tasks and mentor junior engineers.
• Conduct MR reviews to uphold code quality, security, and performance.
