Solerity, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to serve as the technical anchor for a new feature.

The ideal candidate will architect and design the feature, translating complex requirements into robust technical designs, and lead a cross-functional team through development, testing, and deployment. Responsibilities include coordinating with an Integrated Feature Team, guiding the definition of done, mentoring junior peers, and performing rigorous MR reviews to ensure security, performance

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Expert in Java (17+).
• Spring Boot ecosystem proficiency.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles and OO design patterns.
• REST interface standards and best practices.
• Strong communication for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to write technical documentation (wiki, blogs).
• Experience mentoring peers.
• MongoDB data architecture, indexing, aggregation.
• Docker for development and CI/CD.
• Kubernetes orchestration and ELK Stack for monitoring.
• PKI/TLS/SSL experience.
• ICAM knowledge.
• Confluence and Jira familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design new feature using OO principles and detailed design docs.
• Act as feature lead from concept through development, testing and deployment.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineering to align approach and constraints.
• Decompose designs into actionable tasks, mentor juniors, and track feature status.
• Conduct MR reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance.
