You will collaborate with product and design, drive evolution of services, and mentor teammates to raise engineering quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with production services handling web-scale traffic.
• Proven track record designing and maintaining high-availability distributed systems.
• Deep proficiency in backend languages (Java, Golang) with data stores like MongoDB/Redis.
• Ability to pair customer-focused product thinking with observability and operational excellence.
