Job summary

Vibehackers seeks a Senior Software Engineer to own Lithos’s clinical telehealth platform across a Rails/PostgreSQL backend, partner-facing APIs, Next.js/TypeScript frontends, and GCP infrastructure. You will focus on correctness, reliable integrations, API design, and end-to-end feature ownership.

You will collaborate on building a robust design system, ensuring auditable workflows, and delivering high-quality clinician and partner experiences across the stack.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building production backend systems.
• Proficient in Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.
• Strong TypeScript and React skills for full-stack work.
• Experience with API design using OpenAPI.
• Ability to design and own features end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core clinical platform and partner-facing API surfaces.
• Implement and evolve infrastructure and integrations on GCP.
• Build Next.js/TypeScript frontends and shared design system.
• Ensure reliable webhook semantics and auditable workflows.
• Own features end-to-end: design, tests, docs, rollout.
