Interactive Brokers is hiring for a hybrid role in Greenwich, CT, within the Client Tax group. As a member of the TaxCust team, you’ll be responsible for improving the enterprise brokerage tax form collection and reporting system, and managing software projects from inception to delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong database knowledge and experience, including data modeling and design.
• Experience working with large-scale data repositories.
• Strong object-oriented software development skills, with hands‑on experience in Java, Spring, and REST APIs.

• Maintain and improve the enterprise brokerage tax form collection and reporting system.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents, ensuring system stability and reliability.
• Plan and implement end-to-end system improvements across the full technology stack.
