Job summary

Synergy ECP, a platform company with Falfurrias Capital Partners, seeks highly skilled software developers with TS/SCI polygraph clearance to design, develop, and deploy software for government systems.

Responsibilities include unit testing, system integration, and documentation across multiple platforms using OO techniques and modern methodologies. Strong Linux/UNIX and C++/Java experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering; may substitute with a Bachelor's plus 2 years of software experience or 6 years of software experience.
• 15 years of experience in software application design and development; coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
• 12 years leading teams of software design and development for collection systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and analyze software for computer-based systems.
• Use OO techniques and standard methodologies (waterfall, agile, XP).
• Deploy, install, maintain, and provide quality control for software at government locations.
• Maintain and develop software products for multiple platforms.
• Integrate with signal repositories as prioritized by the Government.
• Conduct system and unit testing with plans and regression tests.
• Develop requirements into software specs and documentation.
• Provide technical consultation and coordinate with engineers and staff.
