Job summary

Synergy ECP seeks a Platform Engineer Level 1 to provide hardware, OS and system administration support for enterprise services. You will design and implement hardware and systems, troubleshoot, repair, configure, monitor, test, and support datacenters, and write scripts for testing and monitoring.

The role requires five years of Platform Engineering experience and a BS degree in a related field; additional experience may substitute for the degree. TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience as a Platform Engineer is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related field is required; four additional years may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware, OS and system administration support for enterprise services.
• Design and implement hardware and systems; troubleshoot, repair, configure, monitor and test datacenters.
• Develop scripting for testing, monitoring and repair; ensure OS/app patching and security compliance.
