Job summary

Synergy ECP is seeking a Cyber Software Engineer to join a rapid prototyping group focused on secure computing. You will develop proofs of concept, write and test software, and contribute to architecture across layers while maintaining documentation and reports for stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a technical field, 2–4 years of software development experience, strong C/C++, and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance. Collaboration and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 2-4 years professional software development experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI security clearance
• Experience writing, testing, and debugging software
• Experience with version control, issue tracking, and documentation tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong knowledge of C/C++

Responsibilities

• Build proofs of concept for one-of-a-kind capabilities
• Perform peer testing and code review
• Troubleshoot and debug issues
• Contribute to all levels of the architecture
• Maintain technical documentation
• Develop a familiarity with new tools and best practices
• Collaborate with team to author technical reports and demonstrate capabilities to both internal and external stakeholders
