Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including backend services.
• Experience writing, testing, and deploying smart contracts in production.
• Ability to own a service end-to-end and design with SOA principles.
• Knowledge of security and correctness tradeoffs in onchain systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve stablecoin-related smart contracts for issuance and custody.
• Build backend services for onboarding, issuance, reserve accounting, and rewards.
• Collaborate with product/design/tech leads to ship quarterly features.
• Drive architectural decisions balancing security, scalability, and speed.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and raise the bar for ops.
