Job summary

Amentum seeks a Software Engineer in Hanover, MD to integrate and report data using SPLUNK across diverse projects. You will work with front-end/back-end elements and collaborate with customers to implement data flows.

The role requires extensive Java/JEE, JSP/Servlets, RESTful services, C++, Spring, Javascript, Tomcat, and data analytics. A TS/SCI with Poly clearance and a BS in CS are required.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of SPLUNK experience.
• Three plus years of C++ experience.
• Nineteen years of overall software experience; bachelor's degree may adjust requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems per requirements.
• Review and test software components; document results and defects.
• Design algorithms to meet performance and functional standards.
• Coordinate software installation and monitor system operation.
• Confer with engineers to derive software requirements and interfaces.
