Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. in New York City is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join the CTIO team responsible for the Falcon sensor across Linux, Windows and MacOS. You will own design and development of core features, collaborating with sensor teams and guiding cross-functional delivery.

You will lead features through their lifecycle, present demos at sprint ends, and work with geographically distributed teams to accelerate innovation in a security-first, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of C/C++ and OS internals across Linux/Windows/macOS.
• Experience debugging memory corruption and performance bottlenecks.
• Track record delivering major features with distributed teams.
• Ability to mentor, lead, and communicate across locations.
• Experience applying AI techniques to improve workflows and decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sensor teams on architecture and strategy.
• Conceptualize and implement new cross-platform product features.
• Guide development for Windows, macOS and Linux delivery.
• Own features end-to-end from design to delivery, including sprint demos.
• Engage with geographically distributed teams for collaboration.
