Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Engineer for Sensor development spanning Mac, Linux, and Windows under a hybrid work model. You will design and implement core sensor features, coordinate across OS subsystems, and deliver end-to-end capabilities across platforms.

You’ll lead features through the full lifecycle, mentor teammates, and present demonstrations at sprint ends, while collaborating with distributed teams to accelerate the Falcon platform’s evolution.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of C/C++.
• Deep understanding of Linux, Windows, OR Mac OS internals.
• Proven experience debugging memory corruption issues, process contentions, and performance bottlenecks.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with teams to deliver major features and releases.
• Ability to lead, mentor, communicate, collaborate, and operate effectively within a geographically distributed team.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all sensor development teams on architecture and strategic initiatives.
• Conceptualize and develop new product features.
• Provide guidance for cross-platform delivery (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Take ownership of features from design to delivery, including sprint demos.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with teams in various locations.
