Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality code that powers its AI-driven digital work platform.

You will identify performance bottlenecks, own engineering initiatives, and collaborate with global teams to deliver robust solutions across data and application layers. A strong foundation in distributed systems, Linux, and modern DevOps is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of software engineering experience.
• Location: USA or Canada, hybrid or remote work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable code for Omnissa's platform.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance, scalability, and quality issues across layers.
• Take ownership of engineering initiatives and promote high ownership and engineering excellence.
• Engage with stakeholders across Engineering, Product Management, Security, and Partners to deliver solutions.
• Participate in all stages of software development from requirements to production support.
• Perform code reviews and enforce best practices.
