Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Envelopes team in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will help build the next generation of Docusign's Agreement Platform, focusing on scalable, secure services with high availability.

You will be part of a team delivering quality products in the core e-sign space, focusing on envelopes and recipients, and leveraging AI to improve productivity. You will mentor others and help scale the system for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Fluent in at least one core programming language (C#, Java) and its ecosystem.
• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining complex, scalable distributed systems.
• Operational Experience in performance monitoring and live site monitoring and being On-call.
• Practical experience in Cosmos.
• Experience in building or redesigning DB using PostgreSQL on Azure.
• Experience with AWS or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement and maintain high-scale services.
• Design and build scalable database and service solutions for new features.
• Build features and APIs to expand the platform.
• Work with telemetry systems to solve problems with data.
• Mentor engineers through design and code reviews.
• Design for scalability and failure, plan for the future.
