You will design, develop, and maintain AgenticAI platforms at scale, collaborating with engineers, scientists, and domain experts to protect Amazon's brand and customer trust. The role requires strong software engineering and leadership skills, with emphasis on scalable architectures, data-driven decisions, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
• 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design, development and maintenance of AgenticAI systems at scale
• Working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software in rapid increments.
• Optimizing processes to run efficiently on large-scale computing resources.
• Working with software engineers and scientist to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility.
• Make strong data-driven architectural/design decisions while translating business requirements to technology architecture.
