Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks exceptional Principal Engineers to join the Agentic AI organization. This role involves designing, building, and scaling AI agent platforms and services that empower developers to create sophisticated multi-agent workflows.

You will mentor engineers, lead architectural decisions across compute, databases, networking, and ML teams, and drive initiatives from concept to production in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a large company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of design, development engineering experience.
• Experience collaborating across multiple organizations and influencing key outcomes.
• Experience as a technical leader of multiple concurrent projects, driving strategic technical decisions.

Responsibilities
