Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead software projects in process automation for Starlink/AKOUSTIS. You will design and develop software to support engineering processes and production automation, collaborating with stakeholders to implement data systems and reporting.

The role requires strong full-stack skills across C#, .NET, Python or similar, plus experience with SECS/GEM automation,SQL databases, and BI tools. On-site work is required in the U.S. with potential long hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or STEM required with 1+ years of full-stack experience or 3+ years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable software solutions used across Akoustis production and engineering.
• Create new applications to improve production operations.
• Build prototypes to prove key design concepts and quantify constraints.
• Deep dive into users’ problems to design efficient solutions.
• Integrate production automation software with manufacturing equipment.
• Lead release processes and maintain high software standards.
