Solventum is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build world‑class healthcare software. You will drive secure software design, collaborate with global teams, and deliver high-quality code with a test-driven approach.

The role supports remote work with occasional travel; relocation not provided. Qualified candidates have 6+ years in software development, strong Java and Spring expertise, and experience with Docker, Linux, and cloud tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree completed before start date.
• Minimum six years of software development experience.
• Ten years of software development experience with a high school diploma.
• Proven Java, SpringBoot and SpringCloud expertise.
• Docker and Linux are required for at least two years.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Ruby, Bash, etc.).
• Deployment tools such as Terraform or Ansible are desirable.
• AWS Cloud Certification and cloud experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Consul, Prometheus, Rancher; OSS contributions valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of world-class software for the healthcare industry.
• Incorporate security best practices into software development.
• Identify optimal solutions for complex problems.
• Collaborate with other engineers and global teams to resolve issues.
• Develop well-tested, high-quality software following Test-Driven Development.
