Zusammenfassung

Solventum is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Health Information Systems initiative, with a focus on Java/J2EE development in a cloud-first environment. You will design, implement, and optimize enterprise applications, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions and robust data services for healthcare customers.

Remote work flexibility is available, with a strong emphasis on code quality, testing, and DevOps practices using Kubernetes, AWS, and modern tooling.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
• High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of Java/J2EE development
• Experience in enterprise level, high volume hosted applications in a cloud environment, preferably AWS
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases in design, development, and implementation
• Experience using Kubernetes for deploying applications
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas, concepts and information on both user and technical level
• Healthcare industry experience and HL7/X12 familiarity (nice to have)
• Experience with IntelliJ, JIRA, Ansible, Jenkins and/or Git
• Experience with Kafka
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to lead and provide guidance to others

• Create and code new approaches to increase quality, efficiency, and resilience in existing and new software applications
• Implement cloud-based enterprise software to data centers around the world using pipeline technologies
• Determine the best software design and architecture for projects
• Support our customers to achieve their goals using our software services
