Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience shipping web apps using React or Vue.
• Experience shipping mobile apps using React Native.
• Experience designing, developing and launching APIs at scale using Kotlin or Python.
• Ability to turn simple problems into multi-component solutions with clear, well-tested, extensible code.
• Able to navigate a large code base, debug others' code, and provide code reviews.
• Demonstrates ownership of personal growth and seeks feedback from team and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication for collaboration with our global engineering team.
• Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Break down larger projects into tasks, deliver in multiple phases, and collaborate to ensure timely delivery.
• Support product development lifecycle by collaborating with product management, design & analytics.
• Support operations and availability by creating and monitoring metrics, escalating when needed, and supporting on-call efforts.
• Contribute to team community by engaging in growth activities such as interview process participation.
