The Senior Software Engineer will drive design and development across the full stack, mentor juniors, and participate in on-call escalations. Strong OO skills in Java or C#, React/Angular experience, and cloud-native deployment expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development or 3 years with advanced degree
• Strong OO skills in Java or C#, full-stack experience
• Proficiency with React/Angular, HTML and CSS
• Understanding of SDLC, cloud-native deployments
• Experience building SaaS apps in finance tech is a plus
• Able to work in Agile teams and deliver independently
• Experience monitoring production systems and performance tuning
• REST API design, testing and security practices
• Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases and caching

Responsibilities

• Lead code/design reviews and participate in the full application lifecycle
• Write clean, scalable code for web applications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and perform UI tests for performance
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and sysadmins on features
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
• Respond to on-call incidents to minimize downtime
• Advocate API-first architecture and scalable design
• Support deployment and operations for cloud-native infra
