Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Senior Software Engineers to create reinforcement learning environments for complex software tasks. You will design reproducible scenarios, implement features, and refine codebases while using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools.

You'll build deterministic verification systems and golden references, evaluating AI agents on how they reason through codebases. Remote work with ~15 hours per week, contractor engagement, and task-based compensation.

Qualifications
