Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Senior Software Engineer for an AI training project. Remote contractor (~15 hours/week) to design reinforcement learning environments and verification systems for complex software tasks using MCP tools.

You will create reproducible scenarios, evaluate AI agents, and provide reference solutions across bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and performance optimization. No prior AI experience required.

Qualifications
