Job summary

SAIC's Solutions & Technology Group seeks a Senior Level Software Developer to design, develop, and deploy a next-generation Agentic AI Platform, spanning front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure across AWS.

You will work on intelligent agent frameworks and modern web applications, integrating LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith, while collaborating with AI/ML engineers, architects, and product owners in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or Master's with 3+ years.
• 5-8 years of professional software development experience.
• Must pass CompTIA Security+ within 270 days of employment.
• U.S. Citizenship required; able to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Experience building front-end web applications with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience developing backend services/APIs with RESTful design in Python, Java, or NodeJS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end web applications with modern web technologies.
• Build responsive, polished user interfaces and experiences.
• Develop and maintain backend REST services and business logic.
• Integrate agentic AI components with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith.
• Support cloud-based services and infrastructure on AWS (OpenSearch, SageMaker, Lambda, SQS).
• Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Packer, Terragrunt.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, architects, and product owners to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Assist testing, debugging, and performance optimization; maintain system docs.
