You will contribute to UI, business logic, APIs, and data access across the software development lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, QA, product, and UX to translate needs into reliable, user-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development in an Agile, team-based environment.
• 3+ years developing responsive web applications.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or software engineering.
• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted and agentic development tools with measurable impact.
• Ability to validate AI-generated work with guardrails and human review.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, release, and maintain responsive web applications, backend services, APIs, integrations, and data-access components.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from discovery to production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Guide architecture and design decisions to improve scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
• Mentor developers and support onboarding and knowledge sharing.
