Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc seeks a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to advance healthcare AI initiatives, focusing on speech and language processing. You will lead AI projects from ideation through production, building end-to-end systems and ensuring measurable value across engineering, design, and operations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate workflows into practical AI solutions, design rigorous evaluation and monitoring, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building AI/ML systems with production ownership.
• Experience designing end-to-end AI systems, not just models.
• Strong experience with LLM-based workflows and prompt optimization.
• Familiarity with evaluation: offline metrics, online monitoring, cost tracking.
• Ability to translate workflows for non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals for production-grade systems.
• Track record of benchmarking and reducing latency and cost.
• Excellent communication to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Python (≥3.9) and Docker basics.
• Familiarity with AWS (S3, RDS, EC2) preferred.
• Interest in healthcare domains like physical/occupational/speech therapies

Responsibilities

• Drive Prompt’s mission to improve healthcare through modern AI tech.
• Lead AI projects from ideation to production and adoption.
• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI systems across ML and LLM workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define success criteria and deliver practical solutions.
• Support internal and product-facing AI initiatives as needed.
• Develop evaluation, monitoring, and observability metrics (accuracy, cost, latency).
• Build guardrails around LLM pipelines including human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Create rapid proofs-of-concept and translate into reliable systems.
• Mentor and grow the AI team through training and development.
