TherapyNotes LLC is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and evolve scalable, secure SaaS applications for behavioral health. You will contribute to frontend, backend, APIs, and data access, collaborating with architecture, QA, product, and UX to deliver reliable, user-centered solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of software development experience, strong full-stack skills (C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS), and a track record using

• 10+ years of professional software development in an Agile team
• 3+ years developing responsive web applications
• Experience with AI-assisted and agentic development tools
• Ability to validate AI-generated work and apply guardrails

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, release, and maintain responsive web apps, backend services, APIs, integrations, and data-access components
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from discovery to production support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Guide architecture decisions to improve scalability, reliability, and security
• Write well-tested code, establish reusable patterns, and diagnose production issues
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve quality and velocity with proper review
• Mentor engineers and support onboarding and growth
