Job summary

Neumo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Records Platform, focusing on Land Records, Vital Records and Search. You will design, build and maintain features used by state and local governments to record deeds, issue certified documents and provide secure access to records.

The role requires strong .NET, SQL Server, and cloud experience, plus the ability to work in Neumo’s AI-assisted delivery model.

Qualifications

• Full-stack development with Microsoft tech focus and cloud software experience.
• Experience with SQL Server and modern .NET frameworks is required.
• Proficiency in Agile environments and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain features in the Records platform.
• Contribute to platform modernization and self-service configuration.
• Develop and tune search features for large document volumes.
• Mentor engineers and participate in code reviews and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with product, QA, architects and deployments.
