Job summary

TCOM, L.P. seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design and build production-grade single-page applications and the services that power them. You will work across frontend and backend systems, delivering robust, scalable software for real-time telemetry and mission workflows.

You will collaborate with engineers to influence technical decisions, maintain high code quality, and contribute to a strong engineering culture. Relocation may be available; onsite/hybrid work is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience or 3+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience delivering production software and understanding tradeoffs in engineering decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement key components of complex, data-driven single-page applications.
• Build backend services, APIs, and data flows that support real-time telemetry and operational workflows.
• Contribute to technical design discussions for full-stack features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack.
• Identify and address performance, reliability, and maintainability issues.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to deliver high-quality software.
