Job summary

TalentHop is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop and enhance real-time voice-enabled, full-stack features in a fast-moving team. You will own end-to-end delivery, collaborate with product, ML, and customer-facing teams, and translate complex requirements into reliable product improvements for millions of users.

You’ll integrate speech recognition, text-to-speech, and language model capabilities, improve latency and reliability, and contribute to developer experience and platform

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software engineering experience with senior ownership of full-stack products.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript with full-stack product development skills.
• Practical experience with large language models in production or significant applied projects.
• Experience in developer experience, site reliability, or platform engineering.
• Familiarity with relational databases, cloud environments, and CI/CD practices.
• Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver full-stack product features for voice and conversational AI.
• Integrate speech recognition, text-to-speech, and language model functionalities into production systems.
• Collaborate with product and machine learning teams to transform customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Enhance system latency, reliability, cost efficiency, and user experience for millions of users.
• Support developer experience, service reliability, and platform infrastructure.
• Manage multiple initiatives, respond to production feedback, and assist customer-facing engineering as needed.
