Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical/engineering field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a software developer/engineer in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, C#, or Java with SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience designing and building data pipelines, APIs, and internal applications end-to-end.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) and modern software engineering practices like CI/CD and testing.

Responsibilities

• Map and automate complex cross-functional processes across the mortgage lifecycle.
• Design and implement technology solutions including data pipelines, APIs, and internal applications.
• Coordinate projects across investment professionals, operations, data, and technology teams.
• Build and maintain data infrastructure powering reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with central Technology and Data teams on architecture and data integration.
