Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build the PSA Liquidity Platform, connecting buyers and sellers across PSA Partner Offers and the eBay Consignment channel. You will own end-to-end design and delivery across frontend, backend, and data.

You will work with Java (Spring Boot), React or Svelte, and Flutter where applicable, design microservices, implement real-time pricing and targeting engines with Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS, and apply AI-first approaches to improve velocity and

Qualifications

6+ years engineering experience.
Experience shipping scalable products 0-to-1 with measurable business impact.
Senior IC or technical leadership level at a high-growth company is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build powerful buyer tooling: lead development of the next-gen buyer platform with targeting, campaign management, budgeting, and analytics.
Build and optimize the offer pricing engine with real-time targeting and ranking to maximize GMV and conversion.
Elevate the seller experience, making pricing and selling items effortless across PSA Partner Offers and eBay channels.
Architect for scale: design and operate microservices and event-driven systems with low latency and reliability.
Take an AI-first approach across the SDLC to improve speed and quality.
Own outcomes end-to-end from 0 to 1, across frontend, backend, infrastructure, or data.
Drive cross-functional execution and coordinate delivery across dedicated and partner teams.
Ensure liquidity handoffs across PSA enterprise, reducing cross-system friction.
