Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with full ownership of projects.
• Experience shipping real systems where correctness is key.
• Background in project management or fintech software is a plus.
• Ability to translate non-engineering domain needs into effective solutions.
• Familiarity with AI tooling in engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Build systems for accounting firms to manage operations.
• Work closely with domain experts to refine software solutions.
• Develop and extend Aiwyn APIs for seamless integrations.
• Oversee projects from specification to deployment.

Skills

5+ years of professional software engineering experience

Hands-on technical depth where correctness matters

Experience in project management and/or fintech software

Ability to bridge engineering and a non-engineering domain

AI-native fluency

Comfortable across the stack
