What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business requirements into technical requirements for reporting and dashboards
- Design, develop, and maintain reports in PowerBI with multiple data sources and complex queries
- Provide guidance on BI tools including Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Collaborate with functional users to gather business requirements and document new reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while optimizing report performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 8-10 years of SQL development experience on Microsoft products
- 4-6 years of experience in PowerBI report design and development
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Knowledge of the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
