Job summary

CommunityCare, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to build the next generation of our platform in Tulsa. You will work independently and with teams, leading the development of software features, prioritizing effectively, and delivering high-quality code on schedule.

You will mentor teammates, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with architects to design scalable solutions, APIs, and data flows, while maintaining strong communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a Software Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Partners with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality software through all phases.
• Evaluates solutions for feasibility, long-term maintainability and constraints.
• Leads independently and completes tasks correctly and efficiently.
• Works with Architects on technical designs.
• Ensures code meets specifications and deadlines with high quality.
• Provides direction via code reviews and guidance to team members.
• Suggests improvements to coding standards and product lines.
• Collaborates effectively with others inside and outside the scrum team.
• Reports issues that hinder productivity or stability of the product.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
