Job summary

IAED in Salt Lake City seeks a Senior Software Developer to lead full-stack work on training platforms and client portals. You will refine requirements, set technical direction, and ensure quality across the stack.

You will mentor teammates, review code, and design scalable architectures. Proficiency in TypeScript, Vue/Nuxt, REST, and security best practices is required, with bonus Azure and SCORM experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years owning projects end to end.
• Experience delivering production software with strong code quality and maintainability.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks and RESTful services.
• Proven ability to review AI-generated code and ensure security and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software components for complex tasks with minimal supervision.
• Guide architecture and data models for scalable, maintainable systems.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure security and performance in web interfaces and APIs.
