You’ll drive cross-functional initiatives, raise the team’s quality bar through thoughtful reviews, and craft clear, well-reasoned technical decisions.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience building complex systems, preferably in regulated environments.
• Ability to drive team-wide projects autonomously and deliver measurable impact.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Proven fast, high-quality decision making grounded in experience.
• Curiosity and tenacity for debugging distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle work from framing problems to implementation.
