Flex is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Partner Engineering team and help build our payment integrations platform and user experiences. You will own backend systems that power external integrations and work across Engineering, Product, Design, Infrastructure, Sales, Partner and Customer Success to deliver delightful products.

We expect hands-on engineers who thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years with Java.
• Experience with globally distributed teams and ownership.
• Experience building robust, fault-tolerant systems with external dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products.
• Hands-on development with a focus on scalable architectures.
