Qualifications

• 4 to 9+ years of payments-specific product experience.
• Experience with money transmitter licensing transitions is preferred.
• Ability to discuss ACH, wire, card rails, and cross-border movement.

Responsibilities

• Own Tier 1 bank partner implementations and the bank partner strategy.
• Architect the multi-provider payments stack across acquiring and money movement.
• Lead vendor selection as Flex scales domestically and internationally.
