Qualifications

BS in CS or related field required
7+ years of professional software engineering experience

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders
Leadership to mentor junior team members
MS preferred; healthcare/genomics experience is a plus
