Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with laboratory scientists, computational biologists, or clinical reviewers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions for BI pipelines.
• Create and optimize data models for algorithm performance and scalability.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into BI systems with APIs.
• Analyze and optimize SQL queries and database performance.
• Develop interactive dashboards and automated reports using BI tools to provide insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope requirements and deliver integrations.
• Integrate disparate data sources ensuring data consistency and maintainability.
• Conduct rigorous testing and automate tests (pytest, doctest, CI/CD).
• Create comprehensive documentation including in-line comments and README/wiki guides.
