Job summary

Aquent is seeking an experienced software engineer to participate in on-call support for live content creation systems. You will investigate production issues across frontend and backend services and perform root cause analysis to deliver fixes and reliability improvements.

You will also develop features and tests, improve monitoring, and enhance operational documentation to maintain stable live content workflows across high-traffic consumer products.

Qualifications

• Requires at least five years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong JavaScript or TypeScript, React, backend, and API development skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-call support for live content creation systems, investigating and resolving production issues across frontend and backend services, and conducting root cause analysis.
• Deliver fixes and reliability improvements, develop features and tests, improve monitoring and operational documentation, and help maintain stable live content workflows.
