Aquent is partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a Senior Software Engineer for the live content creation platform. You will own production issues end-to-end, ensuring millions of users have uninterrupted access to creators and audiences.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting across web and server components, building resilient systems, and contributing to monitoring, tests, and documentation.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong web development with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Backend services and API development experience.
• Proven ability to own production issues from detection to resolution.
• Experience with on-call duties in a high-traffic consumer product environment.
• Ability to navigate large established codebases with minimal onboarding.

Mansioni

• Participate in on-call rotation for live content creation surfaces, triaging and root-cause analysis.
• Debug and resolve complex issues across frontend and backend services.
• Deliver bug fixes and reliability improvements, plus small to mid-size features.
• Improve on-call health with alerts, runbooks, monitoring, logging, dashboards.
• Develop and maintain tests ensuring stability of live content flows.
• Document findings to build a team knowledge base.
