Job summary

Amazon Leo is building a scalable network observability platform and AI foundation layer for a global telecom service. You will lead design and implementation of end-to-end systems spanning space and terrestrial networks, with emphasis on reliability, scalability, and AI-enabled automation.

You will mentor teams, drive architecture decisions, and contribute to a high-visibility project with global impact across 100+ markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver a scalable, end-to-end platform supporting network observability.
• Design and implement distributed orchestration systems coordinating across many services.
• Establish the AI/ML foundation layer to accelerate developer productivity and time-to-market.
• Tackle novel technical challenges at the intersection of AI, distributed systems, and network complexity.
