They are seeking strong .NET engineers who want to help build a forward state architecture and contribute to strategic modernization initiatives.

Role Overview

• Build and enhance enterprise applications using modern .NET technologies
• Support major modernization efforts aligned to cloud forward architecture and system transformation
• Lead or participate in system design sessions with senior technical leaders and architecture teams
• Collaborate within a distributed engineering model across Charlotte, Hartford, and Short Hills
• Mentor junior engineers depending on level and contribute to engineering best practices
• Follow a hybrid schedule aligned with one of the three supported office locations

Must Have Experience

• Strong hands on .NET development background
• Strong system design fundamentals with an understanding of cloud based architecture
• Ability to lead technical discussions and partner closely with architecture groups
• Comfortable operating in distributed and cross functional engineering environments

Nice to Have Skills

• Familiarity with containerization or cloud based tooling
• Ability to ramp quickly on new technologies based on team placement
