Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Software Engineer in the National Security Sector to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain a Data Dictionary capability with a Java/Spring backend, RESTful APIs, and a web UI. You will work independently and contribute to architecture in an Agile team.

Requirements include TS/SCI clearance with poly, a CS/engineering degree (or 12 years total experience), 8+ years in software engineering, 3+ in SIGINT/IA/IT, and strong Java/Spring, REST, SQL, and Linux skills.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph up front; no sponsorship.
• Eight+ years of software engineering experience; SIGINT/IA/IT domain exposure preferred.
• Three+ years in modern Java and Spring Boot; RESTful API development; SQL with PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Java/Spring applications and RESTful services.
• Create a web UI to manage metadata specifications and attributes.
• Design backend services, schemas, and integrations; support CI/CD and deployments.
